Here I have taken another (as part of a series for a CGA\/rule library) &#8216;American&#8217; style home this time from a Sears catalogue. In my Sears catalogue it calls it &#8216;Modern Home No. 203&#8217; but having done research, this is called in other Sears Homes catalogues the Wareham. As with all these types of homes it came with a number of design styles. It sort of lends itself to this type of procedural modelling! Yes this is work-in-progress and I always start with the massing, except I did get into some window details a little too early&#8230;. oops (other CityEngine professionals will relate here)!
