Okay this is it, I’ve not had time to work on it, so please accept my apologies.   One day I’ll get around to writing a help file for it soonish in the mean time you’ll just have to play around with it.

If you already know how to write a couple of rule files in CityEngine this may not be the program for you (I know I’m really selling it!)

Once opened go to File –>Start Here to get started, as the first window you see is for future development….

This is for Windows PCs only (sorry I used Visual Basic 2010 Express for development)
