I’ve often needed to send or transfer large files and it’s always a problem, so here is list of tools I use:

Microsofts SkyDrive is great for transfering and sharing files. Storage is up to 25GB, with a filezie limit of 50MB

YouSendIt is a way of sending those files to people without clogging up their inboxes, there is a free trial and paid for versions (the initial pro version sends and receives up to 2GB files). It also provides plenty of plugins for your favourite applications.
